CityCom

CityCom is a specialized information graphic system. It is created for the enterprises operating utilities and is a basis for creation of the automated jobs of the central and district dispatching services, service of the modes, technological departments and also for the solution of many problems of design of networks.

Description

The system of IGS "CityCom" is provided by separate subsystems:

Heat supply

IGS "CityCom-Teplograf" is certification, calculations of the modes and scheduling of thermal networks, the solution of operational tasks.

IGS "CityCom-AnHeat" is the analysis and optimization of the modes of a system of heat supply on the basis of archives of the measured parameters and the forecast of consumption of heat by the city.

Water supply and water disposal

IGS "CityCom-Gidrograf" is certification, calculations of the modes and scheduling of water supply and sewer systems.

IGS "CityCom-AnWater" is the analysis and optimization of the modes of a water supply system on the basis of archives of the measured parameters and the forecast of water consumption of the city.

Gas supply

IGS "CityCom-Gazgraf" is certification, calculations of the modes and scheduling of city gas networks of high, average and low pressure.

Power supply

IGS "CityCom-Elgraf" is certification, calculations of the modes and scheduling of city electrocable networks.

Telecommunication

IGS "CityCom-Telgraf" is certification of low-current networks of telecommunication.

Land plots

IGS "CityCom-Zemgraf" is certification of the land plots, management of land use and town-planning activity.

Advantages and features

IGS "CityCom" allows to create the database of the scheme of networks, city map and all reference information connected with network, and on the basis of the created database to solve a set of information and operational problems of the general and applied character:

• layer-by-layer graphical representation of schemes of networks with a binding to city map and city objects, any scaling;
• certification of networks and their objects, certification of the equipment of nodes of network (wells, cameras, sources, pump stations, subscribers, etc.);
• quick search of required fragments of network and objects in different criteria (address, name, code, existence of certain properties, etc.);
• obtaining references and reports generation about networks, including in the form of graphic requests and different parametrical coloring and selections;
• hydraulic calculations of water supply, thermal and gas distribution networks;

IGS "CityCom" was created on a joint of two different technologies - as absolutely new family of the applied systems. The western IT systems such are classified as AM/FM system (Automated Mapping/Facilities Management is the Automated mapping/resource management).

Core of IGS "CityCom" - the database of certification of engineering networks containing tens of relational tables, over one thousand connected fields. Among others, graphic and attributive characteristics of the displayed objects on the basis of which their graphical representation is performed are kept in the database.

The basic document in IGS "CityCom" - the scheme of utilities, at the same time a graphic core of a system is flexibly configured on any kind of initial documentation (operational and operational schemes, schemes based on standard city tablets of scales 1:500, 1:2000, 1:5000), reference designations, the list of the passported parameters, etc. Executive documentation with "privyazochny" crosses is a source of updating of the graphic information. "CityCom" provides the special mechanism of correction of electronic tablets on a basis of executive documentation.
