RDI Service implements ERP

On December 23, 2013 the 1C:VDGB company completed the first stage of automation of work of UK RDI Service as implementation of an industry product "1C: Enterprise 8. Enterprise management of housing and public utilities".

Project Tasks

The main purpose of management company - providing comfortable conditions of accommodation and work, the help to residents and tenants in elimination of the arising everyday and technical issues. For optimization of management of such structure as the RDI Service, to company management was required to integrate all processes of accounting in the unified information system.

At the beginning of 2013 before the management there was a question of implementation of the information management system resources of the company (ERP) allowing to provide timely all necessary information for implementation of all business processes: from delivery of houses in operation to assessment of activities for management to provide transparent accounting for further competitive organization development.

The software solution should integrate base of all physical persons and legal entities entering into structure of the company, at the same time all legacy statistics and the history of accounting should remain, adding necessary functionality.

Project Progress

In an analysis result and consultations with the staff of RDI Service, specialists of "1C:VDGB" recommended to create the solution on the basis of the software product "1C: Enterprise 8. Enterprise management of housing and public utilities" which opportunities correspond to problems of automation of financial and economic activity of management company.

At the first stage of the project 10 jobs are automated, put into operation of a system:

• accounting;

• tax accounting;

• cash management;

• purchase management;

• budgeting;

• management of repairs;

• sales management.

Project Results

Automation on the basis of the 1C software product helps management company to reduce by 50% terms and labor costs on formation and providing accounting records in regulatory authorities of the Russian Federation, qualitatively and quickly to make out documentation, to keep fixed asset accounting and materials for economic needs and settlings with suppliers, is more transparent to manage cash flows.

Accountant officers quickly obtain now detailed and exact information on the opened and closed personal accounts, on charges, payment and debt on each personal account, automatically create data in accounting on rendering of services on the basis of data of housing and public utilities. The closest plans of our company are further development of the project on creation of a full-function ERP system together with specialists of 1C:VDGB company.
