Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation will connect two data transmission channels on the fiber-optic communication line

The operator of fixed connection Globus-Telecom (subsidiary company of Rostelecom) signed the contract on rendering telecommunication services with Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation (Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation) for the amount more than 1 million 900 thousand rubles.

The contract is signed for a period of 2014 according to the results of holding an open electronic auction.

Project Tasks

The contractor will provide to the state customer services in the organization of two alternative allocated channels of data transmission and Internet access. Capacity of traffic will make not less than 500 Mbps on one of channels and not less than 100 Mbps on another. Access to "a world web" will be organized on an independent fiber line of communication.

The operator will provide the analysis of network connections of the customer regarding identification and blocking of harmful traffic, the operational notification of the client about the arising incidents.

Monitoring of quality of Internet services will be implemented using the hardware and software system "SKIT" developed by the company.
