SU of the IC RF across Perm Krai implements Supervision

On December 25, 2013 the Electronic Office Systems company announced the final of deployment of the automated information SUPERVISION complex in Investigation department of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of Perm Krai. Implementation works are conducted by Ronsi Ltd.

Project Tasks

The implementation project of AIK "SUPERVISION" in SU of the IC RF across Perm Krai is begun at the end of November, 2013: within a week specialists of the implementing company conducted examination of the workflow system and defined quantity of jobs, necessary at the first stage. Before implementation of AIK "SUPERVISION" document flow in the organization was not automated: document registration was conducted in paper magazines, exchange of documents with remote divisions was performed by a courier delivery or by e-mail.

Project Progress

At the first stage the management of Investigation department set the task to automate work of department of reception of citizens and documentary providing on the following directions:

• enter registration into AIK of the entering and outgoing documents;
• provide tracking of an adherence to deadlines of execution of documents;
• create a technological capability for document retrieval in the single database;
• automate formation of necessary reporting documentation.

Increase in processing speed of documents, increase in efficiency of work with documents, improvement of performing discipline and cost reduction of time for search, information processing and preparation of analytical reports on document flow should turn out to be consequence of the solution of these tasks.

During the first business week of December a system was installed on the server and jobs of users. Except employees of department of reception of citizens and documentary providing, access to AIK was got by 7 remote divisions – district departments of the city of Perm. In central office of Investigation department the automated workplace for the translation of incoming documents in an electronic form is organized (it is implemented using the option "Scanning"). All users of AIK "SUPERVISION" underwent group, individual (in workplaces) training.

The main project works (inspection, installation, training) were complete within two weeks.

Project Results

The general base of documents of SU of the IC RF across Perm Krai is created, the main regulations of work in AIK and rules of registration of different document groups are defined.

Start of a system in commercial operation is planned for the beginning of 2014. As of December 25, 2013 AIK works in the test mode: users master functionality and gradually get used to the new modes of work with documents.
