Center of City implemented the workflow system

On December 26, 2013 the Homnet Consulting company announced completion of implementation of the 1C: Document Flow CORP software product in an IT environment of Center of City company.

Project Tasks

In May, 2013 in the company made the decision on transfer of Centre City Management Company Ltd on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". As the contractor Center of City selected Homnet Consulting. Project completion the customer received a system which covered all business processes of the company.

As the company works with large volumes of documents, the management made the decision to purchase the 1C: Document Flow CORP software product having the corresponding functionality. The main objective of system implementation "1C: Document Flow" was the organization of storage of electronic copies of documents, the organization of the unified format of accounting of documents and also document retrieval simplification.

Project Progress

As a result of implementation the issue of automation of process of approval of agreements is resolved. Specialists Homnet Consulting developed accounting rules and the approvals of agreements allowing to create in a system the necessary agreements on the basis of the existing templates. Advanced functionality of the program substantially simplified reconciliation procedure of agreements that in turn positively affected labor costs of staff of the company.

Project Results

In a work progress installation of the 1C: Document Flow software product, setup of the solution and training of employees of the customer in work with a system is executed.

Implementation "1C: Document Flow" excluded loss of documents, significantly increased labor productivity during the work with documents, provided means of convenient and quick search of documents.
