In process of increase in number of clients and number of their repeated addresses, in Sibaeroinzh company there was a need of use of customer-oriented approach. The company management made the decision on implementation of the Customer Relationship Management System. After consideration of CRM systems offered in the market, it was decided to give the choice to the Customer Relationship Management System of Sales Expert 2, Russian developer, Expert Systems company.
