Therefore we needed to systematize all product portfolio for convenience of daily work with clients and to profitability analysis of sales of each separate goods".

Assortment management and the prices is one of the most important instruments of achievement of a customer loyalty and a method of cost optimization of the company. There has to be a direct dependence between the current warehouse stocks and demand from certain client groups. Having connected "Monitor CRM" to the accounting system of 1C, it is possible to analyze in details a ratio of sales and purchases and also a warehouse status on goods items in relation to client groups. At the same time it is possible to consider both steps of competitors, and work of managers, and other factors that cannot be made in the similar analysis within the accounting system.

For this purpose in sales department of the company implementation of an analytical CRM system of "Monitor" was carried out. The software, optimal at the price, allows to solve problems of work with the client in the daily log, the analysis of the range, sales on clients and to analyze profitability. In perspectives of development of the project – integration of "Monitor CRM" into the new version of the accounting system of 1C.
