Specialists of Market Capital Solutions company (MARCS) successfully completed the project on system implementation of "Monitor CRM" in the largest logistic company "Smart Logistic Group " (SLG).

Automation of process of segmentation of the difficult customer base and management of information logistics became one of the main results of cooperation.

System Selection

Having automated a logistic chain through WMS and ERP systems, we made the decision on implementation of CRM of analytical type. Project Tasks

The tasks set by SLG company consisted in consolidation of information space of a warehouse and sales department, in automation of process of customer segmentation and interaction with them.

Result of implementation

As a result of implementation of "Monitor CRM" it was set in sales department, in a warehouse and at the management of logistic group; each employee was trained according to the individual program. Numerous data on clients in the Excel format were imported to "Monitor CRM" and arranged in the uniform customer base. Process automation solved a problem of efficiency of segmentation and data analysis that in the future will allow to find individual approach to the client, to increase satisfaction with logistics services and to save his loyalty. Optimization of information logistics will accelerate mailing of messages from CRM base, for example, about location of a load, according to the individual diagram for each client. Also by means of the replication module the management of holding will be able to check work of managers at remote offices.
