In August, 2012 Monitor CRM was successfully implemented in the Moscow representative office Continent which main profile of activity — providing customs services in nine cities of Russia. Implementation took record-breaking short terms — 1 day.
Within express implementation on the basis of earlier existing database the common information space adapted to specifics of business processes of the company was created. Also automation of electronic mailings became one of key tasks.
