On December 27, 2013 the 1C:VDGB company announced end of the first stage of the project of complex automation of Sapsan Group on the basis of industry solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Enterprise management of housing and public utilities for 10 polz. + C. - the server".
Project Tasks
With growth and expansion of activities the company had a need for an information system which allows to trace all chain of business processes: from construction and delivery of houses in operation to assessment of activities for management of apartment residential complexes. In online the mode to see how money is spent for construction of houses and for upclassing and cleaning of the house adjoining territory, to control receipt of payments under agreements and calculation of rates of utilities, to increase quality of work planning and to reduce terms of formation of the management reporting.
With questions at the choice of the modern ERP system which is timely providing all necessary information for implementation of management processes, the staff of Sapsan Group addressed to 1C:VDGB company.
Project Progress
As a basis for creation of a system specialists of "1C:VDGB" proposed the complete solution "Enterprise Management of Housing and Public Utilities" created on the platform software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" which functionality completely solves problems of automation of a management and financial and economic activity of Sapsan Group.
The main task of the first stage of implementation - formation of normative and help base and implementation of subsystems operational, accounting and tax accounting, payroll and personnel management, customer relationship management and suppliers, calculations and charges for housing and communal services on the Internet.
Specialists of "1C:VDGB" collected and analyzed requirements of the customer to a system, held consultations on the selected software and options of its maintenance, signed the agreement, brought software products to office of the customer and began works on implementation.
In the project progress setup and check of access to the user support website is made. In the solution the Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used.
In September, 2013 in Sapsan Group are brought into operation and system blocks function:
- Finance, management accounting, monitoring of indicators.
- Accounting is accounting, tax, budget, including the regulated reporting.
- Customer relationship management (CRM).
- Purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management.
- Management of personal accounts.
- Calculations and charges for housing and communal services
- Work with debtors.
- Accounting of agreements.
Integration with payment systems and payment terminals of housing and communal services is carried out.
Project Results
The implemented system allowed Management company to simplify the procedure of data collection, to keep accurate accounting and to quickly receive detailed data on each owner, the tenant of housing and service provider.
Accountant officers of Sapsan Group in the automatic mode obtain detailed and exact information on personal accounts, on charges of payments for housing and public utilities, carry out accounting and distribution of payments. Besides, see online information on payment and debts, create data for accounting and tax accounting, have an opportunity in the shortest possible time to prepare the data necessary for the management for planning and decision making.
Along with implementation of an information system organizational work on debugging of business processes and formation of rules on their implementation by contractors and reflection of information in automated information system of Sapsan Group is carried out.
