In RABOS International company the implementation project of the CRM system which will allow to implement the uniform standard of work in a partner network of the distributor is completed. Among the main objectives on network functioning automation:
- Creation of uniform base of partners: clients, distributors, producers, competitors;
- Fixation of interaction with partners in the general database, including actions, joint with distributors;
- Support uniform, for the company and distributors, the standard of work with clients, including providing to distributors access to the general base;
- Accurate distribution of access rights in the CRM system for different user groups, including users of the partner companies.
