The administration of the Veliky Ustyug district completed the first stage of implementation of EDMS

On December 27, 2013 the Haulmont company announced system implementation of electronic document management of TEZIS in administration of the Veliky Ustyug district of the Vologda region.

Information exchange between administration, other authorities and residents of the area constantly grows therefore before district administration there was a problem of operational and complex workflow automation at the minimum costs.

Before signing of the contract, the administration of the municipal entity seized the opportunity of free installation of a full-function system on own server for assessment of advantages of a system THESIS. In the course of acquaintance with a system representatives of administration had an opportunity to consult with specialists of the company Haulmont. Specialists administrations of the Veliky Ustyug district tested the offered system, obtained the comprehensive information about its work and were convinced of advantages ECM THESIS.

System implementation of TEZIS will allow the leaders of the municipal entity to control performing discipline of subordinates in the automatic mode, to manage effectively internal documents and agreements, including process of their signing and approval and also to accelerate registration and the movement of documents.
