Stroy-Group implements technologies of management of finance

On December 26, 2013 specialists of First BIT reported: in St. Petersburg with their participation automation of financial processes in Stroy-Group company using industry solution " is completed by BIT .FINANS. Management accounting".

Project tasks

The company management analyzed the market of programs for automation of budgeting systems and management accounting and stopped the choice on "BIT .FINANS" (Managerial accounting version).

Project Progress

For project implementation invited specialists of The First BIT company. During implementation of the Budgeting block forms for introduction of planned data of divisions by projects are automated, the possibility of budgeting of cash flow on the basis of income and expenditure budgets is implemented.

Within the project final budgets are automated:

• income and expenditure budget,
• budget of cash flow
• balance estimation.

After completed a stage on setup of planned data on budgets, indicators on all divisions entered into the system and created all necessary report forms.

Project Results

The next stage - setup of a system of Management accounting and the reporting. During its implementation results are received:

• together with consultants of The First BIT company the chart of accounts of management accounting is developed;
• in "BIT .FINANS. Management accounting" rules of formation of postings by the managerial chart of accounts and algorithms of closing of accounts, forms of the management reporting are configured;
• start of functional area Managerial accounting is performed;
• specialists First BIT render the help in transfer of an automated system to trial operation and consulting services to users.
