On December 26, 2013 specialists of CIT Chaika company announced automation of personnel records and payroll calculation in the Solnechnogorsk central district hospital on the platform of the software product "1C: Medicine. Salary and budget institution staff 8". 10 jobs in personnel department and accounting of organization are automated.
Project Tasks
The personnel of hospital work in conditions when the working schedule often changes and are unstable. Some employees have several sovmeshcheniye on other specialties and specific surcharges. It complicates payroll.
Until recently personnel department of hospital kept account of personnel, including acceptance for work and dismissal of employees, time keeping - on paper carriers and in spreadsheets. Payroll calculation was executed in the program written under the order, and this program could work only on one computer and required fixed costs on completion for the purpose of maintenance of its compliance to the current legislation. The regulated reporting was prepared also manually. At manual processing of large volume of data there were regularly errors. At payroll calculation they complicated the relations in labor collective. Errors when reporting are inadmissible for hospital, as for budgetary institution.
The management of the Solnechnogorsk central district hospital set the tasks:
- Automate conducting personnel records of organization;
- Eliminate need of repeated manual processing of the same personnel data;
- Provide fast and exact payroll calculation of staff of hospital taking into account indicators of a worked time, sovmeshcheniye on other specialties and specific surcharges;
- Provide the automatic formation of the reporting in IFTS and off-budget funds provided by the current legislation;
- Reduce costs for support of compliance of the software to the current legislation.
As a basis for a new automated system the program "1C: Medicine is selected . Salary and budget institution staff 8". The implementation project of the program was charged by CIT Chaika companies.

10 jobs are in total automated.
Project Results
- Personnel department enters the data controlled by it directly in the program and accounting, for payroll and preparation of the reporting, it is not required to enter these data repeatedly. Job specialization led to performance improvement of both departments of hospital.
- For accountants and personnel officers separate access to a system, for heads of departments - the magazine of actions of users is configured that helped to exclude the possible conflicts and to increase performing discipline of the employees having access to the program.
- Payroll calculation automation significantly lowered load of accounting, saved it from the large volume of manual routine work. The salary to the employees taking into account actually worked time, sovmeshcheniye, substitutions and different surcharges is calculated in time. Errors at payroll calculation and delays at its payment are almost excluded that improved the general moral atmosphere in collective.
