On December 30, 2013 the Comparex company announced implementation of software 1C: Enterprise 8.1 in TP Resident of Nizhny Novgorod company.
Project Tasks
Before the IT management of the enterprise there was a problem of increase in efficiency of service of customer appeals due to obtaining information on an incoming call, the phone number of the client, the login of the operator who received a call and an output of these data in dialog 1C: Enterprise.
Project Progress
Within an implementation project of the integration solution of automatic telephone exchange Avaya, Comparex company carried out system implementation of 1C: Enterprise 8.1 within one month.
