The administration of Tula region implements means of certification of MCD

On January 10, 2014 the BARS GROUP company announced project completion of informatization of housing sector of Tula region implementation "to BARS. The housing and public utilities are Housing stock".

Project Results

Works on process optimization of all participants of the industry - management companies, public authorities and the State Housing Inspectorate were a part of the project. Solution "BARS. The housing and public utilities are Housing stock" helped to create the single database of all apartment houses of the region.

17 thousand high-rise buildings "received" electronic passports in which the key technical parameters according to the methodical recommendations of Fund of Assistance to Reforming of Housing and Public Utilities Group and also the following information are reflected: date of the last overhaul, power characteristics, data on the land plot and characteristics of the house, including the address, the area and number of storeys of the house, the number of residents, materials of walls and roofs, data on management company and many other indicators.

Informatization of housing sector of the region allowed Tula region to create the long-term program of overhaul of apartment houses till January 1, 2014, according to requirements 271-FZ of 12/25/2012.
