In EDMS Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation 100,000 electronic document since the beginning of 2014 are created

Upgrade of an electronic document management system in the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. And transition to electronic document management of DoXLogic as in structural divisions of central office of the Ministry, and between the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation and other organizations became a key task. As a result in the shortest possible time completely centralized solution to which in the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation 500 employees of central office are connected, 120 - in interregional managements and 34 heads of the top and average management using iPad tablets for work was created.

The project on transition of the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia to paperless document flow based on EDMS which developer is the BFT Company shows practical results. Upon transition to EDMS "DoXLogic" in the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation from the system functioning earlier in new all about 600,000 documents were transferred. Now in EDMS "DoXLogic" about 600 new documents a day are on average created. And on August 29, 2014 100 000th electronic document were created.

In order that management process became more convenient and mobile for heads special jobs were installed on iPAD, application of the electronic signature in which allows heads to work with electronic documents including out of a study.

Integration of EDMS "DoXLogic" into the Ministry of Regional Development portal of Russia became one of features of the project. Now at the direction the address is automatically transferred by citizens of addresses via the portal of the ministry to EDMS for further processing. At the same time users of the portal can learn in what status there is an appeal sent by them.

Special attention was paid to upgrade of data exchange with the system of interdepartmental electronic document management (MEDO). Today the gateway with MEDO supports the complete volume of the formats provided by regulations of work of MEDO.
