Biography

Yuri was born on April 15, 1967 in the village of Promyslovka, Limansky district, Astrakhan region.

He worked in 1982 on the collective farm "General Labor" of the Limansky district, graduated from the Kamyzyak Agricultural College.

From 1986 to 1988 he served in the USSR Armed Forces.

In 1993 he graduated from the Saratov State Zootechnical Veterinary Institute. Since 1993, he worked in the Liman district veterinary laboratory as a veterinarian - head of the department.

In 1997, he went to work as deputy chief state inspector of the region of the Regional Veterinary Administration with state inspection at the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Administration of the Astrakhan Region.

Since 1998, Yuri Vladimirovich worked as the first deputy head of the department, deputy chief state inspector of the region in the veterinary department of the Administration of the Astrakhan region.

In 2001, he was appointed head of the inspection of the veterinary department in the territory of the Kamyzyak district. Since 2002 - head of the anti-epizootic inspection of the veterinary department of the city of Astrakhan.

In October 2003, he was appointed deputy head of the veterinary department of the Astrakhan region, and since April 2005 - first deputy head of the veterinary service of the Astrakhan region.

Since October 2009, Yuri Vladimirovich has been acting as the head of the veterinary service of the Astrakhan region.

As of January 14, 2014, Yuri Vladimirovich Yevteev works as the head of the veterinary service of the Astrakhan region.

Until May 25, 2020, he worked as the head of the veterinary service of the Astrakhan region.
