GUSST No. 3 of Federal Agency for Special Construction completed implementation of ERP

On January 14, 2014 The First BIT company announced automation of nine branches "No. 3 GUSST at Federal Agency for Special Construction" by means of system implementation on the 1C Platform: Management of the construction organization.

Project Tasks

"GUSST No. 3 at Federal Agency for Special Construction" − the federal executive authority performing for the benefit of defense and security of the state the organization of works in the field of special construction (military facilities, including secret), road construction and communication. The management of the enterprise needed complex automation of branches in the territory of the Northwest (St. Petersburg, Zelenogorsk, Gatchina, Severodvinsk, Peace).

• 4 thousand man-hours are fulfilled
• 35 jobs are automated

Project Results

Implementation of 1C: Management of the construction organization is carried out according to requirements of the customer. Based on works accounting schemes are unified, tunings of a configuration are performed on a centralized basis.

Vladimir Goryachev, the head of information technology of "GUSST No. 3 at Federal Agency for Special Construction" noted: "As soon as possible specialists of First BIT managed to execute implementation in a large number of territorially remote branches with the organization of the central base in head-office".
