"The southern Sakhalin CHPP-1" implements technologies of planning of operation modes of the equipment

On January 15, 2014 the INFOPRO group announced implementation of a software package "to INFOPRO: Planning of the modes" in operation on the Southern Sakhalin CHPP-1.

Project Results

The third stage of works on implementation of software packages by calculation of optimal structures and loadings of the capital equipment of the Southern Sakhalin CHPP-1, the 5th and 4th power units at the different modes of an electric and heat load is complete in the middle of December, 2013.

The system helping to plan optimum an equipment operation mode at the set electric and heat load is put in action. The prediction algorithm of the minimum and maximum electric load of the station on the set holiday of heat, calculations of characteristics concerning gains and costs is configured. The task of automation of search of optimal structure of the equipment of combined heat and power plant is solved. Results of system operation are displaid in report forms and displayed on a symbolic circuit of combined heat and power plant.

Staff of INFOPRO Group jointly with specialists of the Southern Sakhalin CHPP-1 and JSC Sakhalinenergo carried out acceptance tests of the PC "INFOPRO: Planning of the modes".

The department of PTO, group of the modes and the management of changes of the station completed a training course in work with a software package. Based on tests the decision on input of a system in operation and its transfer to the maintenance mode is made.
