On January 16, 2014 the DAMASCUS company announced start of a specialized management system for queue DAMASCUS at office of service of the Irkutsk Power supply company.
Project Progress
Product introduction took place quietly. During primary setup there were problems which did not affect assessment of result of use of an electronic queue.
Project Results
Installation of an electronic queue DAMASCUS in department of JSC IESK solved the problems traditional for offices of service with a large number of visitors. A system arranged a client flow, provided its control and accurate classification of addresses of consumers.
With automation of standard stages of service, SUO "DAMASCUS" helped the staff of office to determine precisely waiting time by clients of queue and the periods of provision of services. Now rush hours do not take specialists of power supply company unawares: significant increase in a flow of visitors becomes predictable, so, it is possible to plan an operation mode of operators in advance.
The management system for queue DAMASCUS excluded overloads and idle times of staff of office of service.
Installation of the software of SUO was carried out by the service enterprise "Sibron".
