"NSK-Mekhanization" completes an implementation project of an accounting system

January 15, 2014 Announced the first BIT end of several stages of the project of complex automation of NSK-Mekhanization construction company using the software product of "BITS.STROITELSTVO".

Project Tasks

At a certain stage of development, the company management "NSK-Mekhanization" faced complexity of accounting on objects according to construction specifics. There was a need for the specialized solution which would allow to automate planned and accounting functions and to timely receive analytics by construction objects.

For implementation of the complex project the guide of the customer addressed specialists of the company the First BIT.

Project Progress

Implementation stages:

1. February, 2012: the beginning of the project on automation – for fast and safe implementation of all financial transactions at the enterprise a specialized system "BIT is implemented. CONSTRUCTION. And budgeting.Prof " treasury

2. May, 2012: specialists of the First BIT implemented the module "BIT. CONSTRUCTION. Contractor"

3. October, 2012: two more modules - "BIT are implemented. CONSTRUCTION. Salary" and "BIT. CONSTRUCTION. Mechanization and motor transport";

4. October, 2013: implementation of the module "BIT. CONSTRUCTION. Supply and Warehouse".

Project Results

According to the results of implementation in NSK-Mekhanization construction company of the program of "BITS.STROITELSTVO":

• 25 jobs are automated;
• time for preparation of the reporting was reduced, control of the movement of materials on objects amplified;
• considerably the efficiency and transparency of accounting increased;
• there was an opportunity to keep account of non-invoiced deliveries, to carry out the analysis of a cost structure and a financial result on construction objects;
• problems of payroll, accounting and personnel records are solved.
