Content

On January 16, 2014 the companies "Atlant-M Dneprovskaya Embankment" and "Intensive Center A4" announced the project of development and start of a system "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine".

Project Tasks

Need of interaction with the base of clients acquired in 19 years of work in the market, accounting more than 40 thousand names of spare parts and accessories in a warehouse, maintaining the regulated reporting according to corporate standards and the Ukrainian legislation, in particular, in the field of execution of tax documents, motivated the company to impose more high requirements to a corporate system of accounting. Used at the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 7.7 enterprise ceased to meet these requirements.

The company management "The Atlas M Dneprovskaya Embankment" made the decision - to implement a new single automated system of accounting and tax accounting on the platform "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine".

The contractor of the project elects Intensive Center A4 company.

Project Progress

Project objective - creation and commissioning of an automated system of accounting on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for conducting regulated accounting according to the current legislation of Ukraine, integration with a corporate system of accounting of SAP/R3.

In the project progress, special attention was required:

  • transfer of large volume of data upon transition to a new information system and the possible interruptions in a company performance connected with it
  • need of integration into other automation systems of accounting
  • introduction of poseriyny accounting of spare parts
  • personnel records of personnel, drawing up working schedules, accounting of a worked time.

In order to avoid probable problems with transfer of base, partners made the decision on start of a new system, in two stages, as became distinctive feature of this project:

  • test start – data transfer from the existing system in test, creation of the test database identical real and its introduction to trial operation. It allowed to simulate a performance period of the company and to make sure that work of a new system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform completely copes with assigned tasks.

Advantage of step-by-step start - a possibility of personnel training on a test system with actual data of the Customer.

  • real start – repeated transfer of all data in a new system and its start in operation.

During the project solutions of automation of accounting, tax and personnel records are implemented.

Project Results

  • "Soft" transition to a new information system, uninterrupted operation of a company performance that allowed to avoid stressful situations which often are present at start of the new automation system of accounting;
  • Full "deep" integration of a new system with SAP allows to keep poseriyny account of spare parts, to make necessary changes to tax documents according to future changes in the Tax Code and also is more effective and transparent to perform cost accounting;
  • The procedure of distribution of payment to destination of payment of the client, accounting and control of debit and creditor debts thanks to convenient and flexible reports is automated;
  • Thanks to filling "1C:Enterprise 8" a set of reports on the analysis of ZP, charges and deduction with ZP, the analysis of accounting of charges on employee benefits became simpler.

Teachers of the certified center of the company provide high-quality personnel training of the enterprise. A system works in real time, a first line support of the implemented system is performed.
