"Formation" implements a management system for commercial service

On January 16, 2014 The First BIT company announced completion of software implementation "bits.Crm.Upravleniye commercial service" in Formation company.

Project Results

30 jobs are automated.

In a project deliverable:

• considerably the probability of emergence of costs because of failure to meet time constraints of delivery of goods decreased;
• receivables volumes were reduced;
• process of filling of the documents reflecting the movement of goods between warehouses is simplified.

"When installing "bits.Crm.Upravleniye commercial service" in a new CRM system we made adaptation of the settings which are saved up for years of use of the previous configuration — 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management. Now project works are still continued: updating of the solution on release 11.1 is conducted, there take place consultations for employees" — Nikolay Krylov, the manager of projects of The First BIT company noted.

"The implemented solution allowed us to reduce time costs, to raise the interoperability layer and to simplify control of work of employees at the enterprise. In plans cooperation with First BIT on further automation of our company using such software products as "BIT .FINANS" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP"" — Fedor Kopytov, the CEO of Formation LLC emphasized.
