Kartontol automates control over finance of the enterprise

On January 16, 2014 the company announced the First BIT an implementation project of the BIT .FINANS system at the Kartontol plant - a system is implemented in two months.

Project Tasks

The instrument of control over finance as earlier for these purposes used the MS Excel was required for the management of the enterprise.

According to the results of the project it was represented to the management Kartontol important - to receive additional cuts of analytics for budgeting and a possibility of step-by-step approval of requests of an account part.

Project Progress

• The main reference books of the BIT .FINANS system (budgets, turnover items of budgets, projects and additional analytics) are completed;
• Algorithms of vising and the notification in a system are configured;
• User training is provided.

• the treasury, control of functional budgets and requests according to them is centralized;
• the operational plan-fact analysis of execution of budgets with necessary analytics became possible;
• transition to electronic document management (approval of budgets and the request for a funds expenditure) is implemented.
