TurboHeads Assistant

"Assistant" - a set of services for accounting, preparation of tax statements, payroll and the solution of other tasks of medium and small business. The platform of cloud services updated at the beginning of 2014 for small and medium business Assistant received modular architecture thanks to which the functionality of the solution can be expanded at the expense of the add-on connected modules created by a pool of third-party developers. The command of Assistant is going to concentrate on improvement of basic modules at the same time.

The solution gives the chance to conduct activity of several organizations on one account, makes available a uniform input in all services and allows to make payment on one account. At the same time it is possible to configure easily access rights of employees to different products, the organizations and further to expand possibilities of Assistant, connecting new services, including partner.

In number of basic modules of the platform, access to which became free, enter:

• "Assistant. Accounting" - for accounting of income and expenses, formation of the book of accounting of income and expenses. Supports accounting for the individual entrepreneurs using a simplified tax system or the unified imputed income tax.
• "Assistant. The reporting" - for calculation of taxes and reporting in the Federal Tax Service, the Pension fund and Social insurance fund on the basis of data of Accounting. The special calendar will remind the entrepreneur that when and where it is necessary to hand over.
• "Assistant. Documents" - for creation of accounts, acts of delivery notes, etc. The module supports possibilities of joint discussion and editing documents.
• "Assistant. A disk" - the cloud file storage created specially under needs of small and medium business and intended to replace a file server in the company.

Data in storage can be synchronized with mobile devices and are available to work and viewing without Internet access using applications "for the mobile platforms IOS and Android.

Among basic paid modules:

• "Assistant. Employees" - for payroll, taxes, compulsory contributions in different funds and formations of the main documents. Statements and orders on employment, employment contracts will need only to be printed and assured signs and seals.
• "Assistant. Consultations" - are provided by access to the reference book of the main questions of accounting and consultations of specialists in the field of accounting and tax accounting.
