Teacher training college No. 1 of N.A. Nekrasov was connected to the Internet

On January 20, 2014 the federal telecom operator "" announced Business to Дом.ru completion of works on connection to the Internet of Teacher training college No. 1 of N.A. Nekrasov.

Project Results

Within the project three academic buildings of Teacher training college No. 1 of N.A. Nekrasov are connected to network "by Дом.ru Business" according to the technology scheme "optics to the building" (FTTB) that provided uninterrupted operation of Internet access to speed of 20 Mbit/c. The operator organized Internet connection in all five computer classes of educational institution. Teachers can work with the electronic journal, students had an opportunity of online access to materials of a digital library and educational resources at information science lessons.

In each of the body of college access points of Wi-fi Hot Spot on the basis of the selected fiber optic channels of network "by Дом.ru Business" are unrolled. Implementation of Wi-fi and creation of a wireless network made educational process more technological and opened new opportunities for work of employees and teachers.
