Saint Michele Group automates operational and tax accounting

On January 20, 2013 the 1C:VDGB company announced automation of accounting and tax accounting of Saint Michele Group LLC. The project is executed on the platform of the specialized software product "by 1C:VDGB: Accounting for non-profit organization (NPO)".

Project Tasks

In 2013 the management of Saint Michele Group Group made the decision on carrying out automation of accounting service and addressed to 1C:VDGB company behind the recommendation of a product which would consider all subtleties of conducting accounting and tax accounting according to standards of the Russian Legislation. Specialists of "1C:VDGB" proposed the solution "1C:VDGB: Accounting for non-profit organization" most of which of all suits a profile of activity of Group.

Functionality of software "1C:VDGB: Accounting for non-profit organization" provide the fastest accounting in such directions as conducting detailed analytical accounting on account 86 "Target financings" and receipts in two cuts:

• • "Item of expenditure and receipts"
  • Financing sources,

• maintaining list of financing sources of non-profit organization,
• gives the chance to keep account by a business and non-commercial activity by two sub-accounts:
  • "Costs on business activity"
  • "Costs on non-commercial activity".

In a configuration of the program the mechanism of accounting of economic operations on financing sources and feature of accounting of the VAT is implemented. The product is developed in full accordance with existing rules of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Project Progress

In the course of execution of the project by specialists of 1C:VDGB company consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance were held, delivery of the software product, setup of a system for work of accountant officers is performed and preferential support of "1C:ITS" is issued.

Implementation of the industry software product helped to reduce time of collection of information, to arrange process of distribution of means and settlings with partners, is transparent to keep regulated accounting, to prepare documents for delivery of tax and accounting records in strict accordance with requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation quicker. The company management timely and quickly obtains necessary information on cash flows and the reporting that is considered in planning of further activity, and contributes to more effective business development.
