On September 5, 2019 Corus Consulting Group announced entry into the market "to K-Point|Management of instructions", the complete solution for automation of process of work and control of execution of tasks developed on the K-Point BPM platform.

"K-Point|Management of instructions" helps to register, approve, plan and delegate tasks, to control terms and the course of their execution. Distribution of access to files and instructions is configured in full accordance with a role model of users. The solution is created on the K-Point platform intended for collecting of separate data and automation of cross-industry processes of the company and can be integrated with the systems of the business analysis, reporting, staff list and other external data sources. Also if necessary it is possible to configure process of regular ETL data exchange. Thus, it allows to maintain effectively a register of tasks, acting as uniform access point to information for employees.

Among basic functions of the solution there is a creation of instructions with an opportunity to connect them with protocols and other tasks, appointment to the contractor with indication of accomplishment term, reassignment and delegation, audit of the entered data, monitoring of execution and processing of the entering and outgoing tasks.

A system allows to trace history of events and change of the statuses – from creation before archiving. For convenience of users "K-Point|Management of instructions" gives the chance to collect and prepare data for unloading in BI systems and also to create reports in formats for an output to the screen or unloadings in the form of files and archives.

"K-Point|Collecting of soglasiya on personal data processing"

On May 29, 2019 the CORUS Consulting company presented the solution allowing to control collecting of soglasiya on personal data processing.

In RUSSIAN FEDERATION processing and storage personal data it is regulated 152-FZ "About personal data". According to the legislation only the subject of personal data can make the decision on providing information on himself – for this purpose he should give the consent. Without this action any storage and use of personal data is direct violation of the law and involves considerable penalties.

According to the developer, the main purpose of the presented solution "K-Point|Collecting of soglasiya on personal data processing" – to help the companies to observe requirements of the legislation and at the same time not to change internal business processes during the work with data of clients, suppliers, employees and any other subjects.

"K-Point|Collecting of soglasiya on personal data processing" allows to organize the unified register of data on collecting of soglasiya in the web interface with differentiation of access rights, assigning the unique tracking number of the status on each of subjects. A system fixes the date of receipt of consent for the automatic notification on the term of its termination and deletes personal data from base in the absence of confirmation from the client. In need of tracking of paper option of consent K-Point offers a form printability with the barcode. "K-Point|Collecting and data preparation for BI"

On April 22, 2019 CORUS Consulting Group announced creation of the solution on the K-Point platform allowing to organize, arrange and automate processes of data collection, necessary for the systems of the business analysis.

The solution K-Point|Collecting and data preparation for BI allows business to obtain data from internal IT systems which employees collected manually earlier. Treat approval of planned targets for different planning horizons such tasks, collecting of indicators on the held events and their results for reporting in a BI system and also information input about incidents, non-staff situations, idle times and defects on production for the analysis of influence of such events on production and financial performance.

Solution development "K-Point|Votes and polls"

Corus Consulting Group developed a product for operational adoption of collective solutions — "K-Point|Votes and polls". A system is implemented on the K-Point BPM platform.

A system completely automates process of adoption of many collective solutions. With its help it is possible to hold internal and absentee, open and anonymous votings, to create lists of questions and participants, to fix an order and terms for polls.

Process is organized in several stages. The organizer of vote or poll configures settings and terms of an event and also the notification for participants. In the planned terms a system notifies all participants, automatically checks for correctness data in questionnaires and closes a session. When process comes to the end, a system prepares the protocol and sends results to all participants. Data on polls and votes can be transferred to corporate storage. Accumulated information will allow to build different analytical reports on the carried-out questioning.

The world promptly changes therefore to business it is critical that important collective decisions were made simply, quickly and without delays. But in most the companies such processes are not automated, are conducted in mail, by phone, in messengers that can become a barrier to implementation of many promising ideas. Corus Consulting Group announced on August 28, 2017 development of own solution K-Point|Purchase management for flexible management by all purchasing processes of the uniform center.

Untimely receipt of information on requirements of divisions, inconsistency of their actions and large number of manual transactions at approval and the organization of purchases often lead to an inefficient expense of budgets and failure to meet time constraints of deliveries. K-Point|Purchase management will help to select reliable partners, timely and economically to satisfy customers needs.

2015: There was mobile version of the K-Point platform

On August 12, 2015 the CORUS Consulting group developed mobile version of the K-Point platform intended for business process automation of collecting, approval and data analysis.

The mobile application of K-Point created by specialists of Corus Consulting helps to increase efficiency and to provide the high speed of data collection. Feature of the application - it is possible to work with it in the absence of Internet access – sending data to uniform storage can be executed later.

Purchasing requests, sales plans, forms of a time recording, results of employee assessment, requests for creation of a vacancy, and many others can be sources. Often data on such processes are supported in separate files of Excel that significantly complicates their collecting and the further analysis. At the same time implementation of the industrial systems requires a progressive tense and big investments. In this case application of K-Point can provide the fast and inexpensive solution for many of the tasks connected with collecting and approval of data.

• Standardization of reference books. K-Point will help quickly, to create a uniform data model without the need for programming. Using the web forms constructed on uniform reference books further it is possible to increase the level of accuracy of the data in applications of users, reducing risks of errors in reports, to reduce labor input of the processes connected with collecting and reconciliation of data. Using the instrument of creation of a data model K-Point Modeler and standard means which is built in K-Point DBMS Microsoft SQL Server, there is an opportunity quickly and just to implement import and export of reference books to K-Point to external systems (ERP 1C other).
