The URALSIB bank implemented in operation 3D Secure technology for issue for the serviced partner banks. This technology allows holders of the Visa and MasterCard cards to pay goods and services on the Internet in a protect mode.

When using this technology the payment on the Internet is confirmed using the special one-time password which goes to the card holder in the Sms at commission of payment after data entry of the card on the payment page of Online store. It is enough to enter the received password to complete the payment. This mechanism is rather simple and user-friendly, and allows to secure considerably means of the client if you pay with the bank card in the Internet environment.

The new technology will be used for performing transactions in those online stores which support Verified by Visa and/or MasterCard SecureCode.

Earlier technology it was used by URALSIB Bank for the emitted own cards, now this service became available also to partner banks

2014: The URALSIB bank implemented 3D-Secure technology for clients of Evromet partner bank

The URALSIB bank which is the sponsor of Evromet in international payment systems started 3D Secure technology for clients of partner bank.

Now for the purpose of increase in security at payment of purchases in online stores the sms with the one-time password for confirmation of carrying out transaction will be sent to holders of the Evromet cards. The technology is used for performing transactions in the online stores supporting MasterCard SecureCode.
