The FORA-BANK for the purpose of increase in safety of making payments on the Internet using cards, implemented technology 3-D Secure. Now operations on the Internet with cards became safer. The technology 3-D Secure allows to identify unambiguously the card holder making transaction and to reduce a fraud risk, providing protection of the card against unauthorized use.
