CB ENERGOPROMBANK (LLC), it is created in January, 1993 in Serpukhov of the Moscow region as the Serpukhov interregional universal commercial bank (SMUK Bank). In April, 1998 replaced the name with CB Energoprombank (LLC), in April of the 1999th it is re-registered in Moscow (license for banking operations No. 2248 of 7/6/2012, license for banking operations No. 2248 of February 13, 2013).

ENERGOPROMBANK works at the market of financial services since 1993. During this time the bank reached clients the new service level, created a team of the professionals ready to help clients it is better to be guided in the world of finance and to manage effectively cash flows. In 2008 there was a complete replacement of the leadership and shareholders of bank, it was reoriented on service of large industrial enterprises, including from the sphere of mechanical engineering. In February, 2013 Energoprombank logged in deposit insurance and acquired the right to work with means of individuals.

As of 11/1/2014 the cumulative amount of assets of bank is 1421.2 million rubles, equity – 316.5 million rubles, the loan portfolio – 504 million rubles, account balances of clients – 608.1 million rubles.

Thanks to cooperation of Zolotaya Korona and ENERGOPROMBANKA, in departments of credit institution instant addressless money transfers across Russia, to the CIS countries and foreign countries without opening of the account became available. Rates for sending transfers (in rubles, US dollars and euro) are set from 0.5%.
