Vinevsky Vladimir Nikolaevich is the chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Krasnodar Krai, the police lieutenant general.

Biography

Vladimir was born on October 30, 1958 in the Grodno region. The higher legal education. In 1994 graduated from the higher school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the city of St. Petersburg.

Since October, 1981 serves in law-enforcement bodies. Consistently moved ahead on service from the militiaman of the ATC of the Dzerzhinsk district executive committee of the city of Leningrad to the chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Krasnodar Krai.

In June, 1985 worked at positions of the operational commanding structure of divisions of criminal investigation department of the ATC of the Dzerzhinsk district executive committee of the city of Leningrad.

In 1996 it is appointed to the position of the deputy head of department of own security of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs of the city of St. Petersburg of the Leningrad Region. Since December, 2001 worked at a position of the deputy chief of Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Northwestern Federal District.

From April, 2006 to February, 2011 worked as the chief of the Department of Internal Affairs in the Lipetsk region.

It is awarded with the state awards of the Russian Federation:

  • Order of Honour,
  • medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" 2nd Class,
  • medal "In Memory of the 300 Anniversary of SPb",
  • honorary title "Honored employee of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation".

It was encouraged with orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs. It is awarded with 8 medals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Has an award weapon - a Makarov pistol.
