Qminder

Qminder is a management system for queue.

On January 22, 2014 the Taymseyving company presented a management system for Qminder queue at the Russian market.

Description

Qminder is a web system. Its use does not require loading of software.

To begin to work with Qminder, it is enough to become authorized in a system. The point of service is ready log into the system using the browser and to work.

The novelty of a product is that the organization of an electronic queue of the company requires the computer with Internet access and tablet PCs running Android or iOS. The TV of Samsung Smart TV is easily transformed to an information display (as the Qminder appendix is had in Smart Hub).

The main information display will notify visitors as visually, and a sound: number of the coupon or the caused name (a system if necessary can be customized). The board works at Samsung Smart TV or any other TV with the web interface and displays a name of the visitor or number of the coupon, several queues (tables) or only one - as necessary.

Visitors of the office equipped with the Qminder system can receive the coupon far off, using for this purpose the free application for the smartphone (it is available to loading in Google Play shops for Android and App Store for iOS). Using mobile application clients can learn how many people in queue before them, the expected holding time, to receive the notification when their queue approaches.

In a system there is a service of sending Sms for those clients who do not use smartphones. Also the traditional method of obtaining the coupon — using the printer is possible.
