MFC of the city of Cherepovets services citizens using VoIP-telephony

On January 24, 2014 the InterZet company announced implementation of the project of connection to telephone services of "The multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services" (MFC) in Cherepovets. The project is implemented in cooperation with "The center of municipal information resources and technologies" (MBU "TsMIRiT").

Project Tasks

Project Progress

Implementing the project, InterZet provided delivery of MFC of services of local telephone communication on the platform of virtual telephone exchange by means of which the call center on one hundred jobs is organized. Services are provided on VoIP technology that promotes increase in their functionality and reduction in cost.
