The projects "Information Technologies and Services" in "Stalepromyshlennaya the company" on the SAP ERP platform

2016

In July, 2016 the "Information Technologies and Services" company completed the multi-stage project on integration of the SAP ERP system of JSC Stalepromyshlennaya kompaniya with products of operators of e-document flow for exchange with partners of legally significant documents and EDI of messages.

The project was implemented based on the integration solution of "Information Technologies and Services" company and passed in several stages. In April, 2015 exchange of legally significant documents through the SPHERE system was implemented . Courier of Corus Consulting company. Further, in process of growth of needs of the Customer, the integration solution was expanded for work with the EDMS Diadoc of SKB Kontur company and a number of EDI products: Comarch EDI, SFERA of EDI and Circuit.EDI.

The integration solution implemented for JSC Stalepromyshlennaya kompaniya provides:

• a possibility of sending to partners of electronic documents directly from SAP ERP
• control of the status of electronic documents in the SAP ERP system
• formation of the electronic signature with placement of certificates on a dedicated server.

The solution is implemented using development tools and libraries of the SAP platform that reduces costs for hardware resources of the Customer, licensing and support of the solution. By transfer and documents acceptance external applications are not used.

In a project deliverable JSC Stalepromyshlennaya kompaniya had a sending opportunity to partners through the SPHERE systems. Courier and Diadoc of legally significant electronic documents:

• electronic invoices
• acts of the performed works
• consignment notes in TORG-12 form
• documents of a free format

and different EDI messages via the Comarch EDI systems, SFERA of EDI and a Circuit.EDI.

2013

Specialists of Informatsionnye tekhnologii i servisy LLC developed for Stalepromyshlennaya kompaniya Ltd of means of formation of the analytical reporting in such areas as:

• sales management on indicators of turnover, profitability, shares in revenue and a marginal profit and also on other industry metrics by hierarchy of assortment groups;
• the analysis of the customer base of divisions and branches on the different systems of qualifiers, such, as: the place of the client in the rating of key indicators of sales, category, a phase of lifecycle, dynamics of shipments, the index of penetration,
• status of stabilization, intensity of contacts, etc.

Development process included extraction of new indicators from the accounting system of the company on the SAP ERP platform, optimization of performance and expansion of model of storage of business content in SAP Business Warehouse, implementation of data marts and reports in SAP Business Explorer Analyzer (BEx). The implemented solution distinguishes use at technological level of a combination of standard means of BEx to VBA expansions under BEx-API. Such architecture provides high degree of satisfaction of users in the relation:

• conveniences of the user interface and options of use;
• efficiency of report generation;
• automation of calculations of difficult statistics and switching between different analytical foreshortenings.
