Content

On January 28, 2014 the CORUS Consulting integrator was announced the implementation final in production company MC Bauchemie of the software product by 1C: Accounting 8 CORP.

Project Tasks

complex implementation project Development and implementation of an integration bus - ensuring "seamless" integration between systems became an important stage Microsoft Dynamics AX and 1C: Accounting 8 CORP.

Project Progress

Specialists of the companies configured integration processes so that any primary document entered into the Microsoft Dynamics AX system online was exported to a 1C system: Accounting 8 CORP.

The integration bus which was created by engineers of CORUS Consulting company helped to configure transfer of primary documents and accounting entries from the ERP system in "1C: Accounting 8 CORP", provided data translation of management accounting to a format necessary for conducting regulated accounting according to requirements of the Russian legislation.

Project Results

Company MC Bauchemie estimated results: the quantity of errors of data entry was reduced, there was transparent a reporting, supply chains were optimized. There was a possibility of viewing information, relevant for the company, on debts of partners and a remaining balance in warehouses.

Gleb Goryunov, the director of service of information technologies of MC Bauchemie, told: "On project deliverables of implementation new a system and processes in MC Bauchemie I would like to note the following:
  • Good preparation, planning and execution of the project. From making decision on the project, the choice of the supplier and the solution before transition to daily work with a new system there passed less than two years.
  • The project was complete without exceeding of originally planned budget of investments despite a number of risks which "worked" during implementation;
  • After several months since the beginning of operation of a system business benefits which were project objectives began to be implemented. Level of warehouse stocks is reduced, the average term of a complete set and delivery of orders decreased.

In addition to initial project objectives simplification of an organization structure of the company was carried out that positively affected work of business processes and also led to decrease in transaction costs".
