KupiVIP.ru implements the system of approval

On January 27, 2014 the company LANIT announced the participation, creation and system implementation of electronic approval of agreements in holding KupiVIP.ru on the platform of software products Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 and Nintex Workflow 2013.

Project Progress

The created system helps to approve more than 150 types of contractual documents. Any employee of the company who is both at the Moscow office of the company, and in regional divisions can initiate approval of the agreement: St. Petersburg, Smolensk, Klimovsk. After registration of the document a system automatically determines a route of its approval depending on different parameters of the document, appoints problems of approval and controls execution of these tasks.

Specialists of LANIT using the visual designer of Nintex Workflow 2013 without uniform line of a program code built up 23 workflows for KupiVIP.ru holding. It allowed to execute up to 350 actions within one workflow. It means reduction of time of approval of the document for KupiVIP.ru: before emergence of an automated system of document flow three weeks, after – were required two days. On average in a month through a system there pass more than two hundred agreements. All actions (on average more than 2 thousand transactions monthly) and the scan copy of the documents signed by responsible persons remain in electronic archive.

Project Results

Use of the visual designer of workflows of Nintex Workflow 2013 assisted specialists of LANIT in creation of a system without the need for writing of a program code.

A system allows to approve an unlimited number of agreement types by means of one workflow created in the environment of Nintex Workflow 2013. The KupiVIP.ru holding received absolutely open system of electronic document management which functionality can be changed as necessary.
