"Your furniture" develops business process management

On January 28, 2014 the ELMA company announced end of the fourth stage of an implementation project of ELMA in Your Furniture company.

Project Results

• basic processes of the company are described;
• the procedures affecting quality customer service are accurately registered;
• the system of operating control as over production process, so over the general of processes of execution of the order is created (using tasks and the system of reports);
• the electronic document management system is implemented.

All processes "are adjusted" to desires and for convenience of each employee of the company who will work in a system.

After implementation and system testing of business process automation operation of a system is begun. Specialists of ELMA held training seminars, including a separate seminar for leadership team of the company – on work with reports. Instructions for accomplishment of the actions necessary for work are developed for each business role (the head, the manager, the secretary, etc.).

The project proceeded two and a half months.
