On January 29, 2014 the DAMASCUS company announced start of a specialized management system for queue DAMASCUS in Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise of the city of Irkutsk.
Project Results
The office of a water utility is equipped with a management system for queue. Clients can register previously in acceptance in time, convenient for them, as via the terminal of SUO "DAMASCUS", and remotely, via the Internet.
The module of the expanded reporting in composition helps to obtain quickly exact information on loading and efficiency of employees.
