On January 29, 2014 the DIRECTUM company announced project completion on accession of the electronic document management system (EDMS) of DIRECTUM in Presidential Administration and the Governments of the Udmurt Republic to a single system of interdepartmental electronic document management by means of implementation of technical solution "The module of integration of DIRECTUM with MEDO".

Project Tasks

According to the legislation state authorities of the Russian Federation since 2011, without fail, pass to paperless document flow. Interdepartmental EDMS and increases in efficiency of activity of state agencies is developed for ensuring interaction a single system of interdepartmental electronic document management (MEDO). The organization of a single system assumes joint interdepartmental work with documents and end-to-end control of execution of instructions.

Project Results

In December, 2013 the participant of interdepartmental electronic document management became Presidential Administration and Governments of UR. Within two months specialists of the company DIRECTUM implemented the project on the basis of technical solution "The module of integration of DIRECTUM with MEDO". This component became a link between acting since 2007 in Presidential Administration and Governments of UR EDMS DIRECTUM and a single system MEDO.

The project solves tasks:

  • the possibility of exchange of office correspondence in the special format provided by regulations of MEDO is provided;

  • process of work with citizens' appeals and the organizations, including, with the addresses redirected from Russian President's Directorate for Correspondence from Citizens and Organizations is adjusted.

  • confidentiality of information transfer is provided to the addressee.

As of January 29, 2014 the stage of trial operation is completed. Among improvements:

  • efficiency of exchange of documents;
  • reduction of time expenditure on processing of the entering documentation and preparation of outgoing;
  • possibility of tracking of a status of work on the document at the addressee.
