The center of cultural development Solution automates collecting of the reporting

On January 30, 2014 the BARS GROUP company announced start of the portal, information basis to which the solution of BARS.Monitoring-Kultura implemented earlier formed. The project orderer - Regional autonomous organization of the Novgorod region "The center of cultural development Solution.

Project Tasks

Irina Hodzhayeva, the director of OAU "The center of cultural development Solution, noted: "Creation of the centralized poster of cultural events of the region for which information would be provided by organizations – quickly, in a system, usual for them, was our task. The Poster portal in an information and analytical system of BARS.Monitoring-Kultura became the solution".

Project Progress

For January 29, 2014 implementing solution continues, however there are positive forecasts for efficiency. According to project participants, the resource will allow organizations of the most remote areas to show the cultural potential in the regional center and also to interact directly with visitors from among locals and tourists. Developing tourism on area, the customer stakes not only on important events, but also on regular cultural actions which can interest guests of the region. Thanks to a new resource users of the portal can independently plan the free time and obtain all necessary information.

Project Results

The principle of work of the portal is that data from the system of BARS.Monitoring-Kultura which are filled out with cultural institutions of the region without fail are automatically transferred to the portal using services.

As a result work of the cultural institutions which are handing over the reporting in higher bodies is considerably simplified.
