"Drummer" protects information circuit of the enterprise

On January 29, 2014 it became known of implementation of the product Traffic Monitor Standard Appliance by InfoWatch company on the Russian confectionery "Udarnitsa".

With entry into the market of the foreign participants having the technology advantages having rich experience of promotion of products in the different markets, production of confectionery is highly competitive business - questions of protection of technology features, data on the equipment, constructive parts of the equipment, unique compoundings and production technologies of confectionery become the standard of business.

The management of Drummer took preventive measures on security of data assets. For this purpose at the enterprise the solution for control of corporate information flows was required. Among the main requirements imposed by the enterprise to the DLP solution: flexibility and convenience of using of a product, reputation of the producer in the market, compliance to features of infrastructure of the company.

Project Progress

The implementation project of Traffic Monitor Standard included two stages. At the first stage specialists of InfoWatch held pilot testing of a product in infrastructure of the enterprise during which the solution visually showed quality of implementation of functionality. At the second stage industrial implementation taking into account special wishes of the client is executed.

In a project deliverable control over the movement of confidential information in the organization is automated (including personal data, financial information, intellectual property, data on technologies and technical details of processes).

Project Results

With implementation of the project the efficiency of response of staff of Information Security Service to incidents grew. The volume of the violations connected with confidential information, on the contrary, significantly was reduced, noted in InfoWatch.
