Bauer Media automates business electronic communications by implementation of the BPMS solution

On January 30, 2014 the company "BMP Logic" announced project implementation on BPMS- the platform Metasonic in publishing house Bauer Media.

Project Tasks

For automation of business electronic communications and alignment of influence on them of a human factor, in Bauer Media decided to create the simple and effective tool, but not on the basis of the SAP solutions requiring, according to the company, big costs and not intended for this purpose.

As the platform for process automation selected the BPM system of the German company Metasonic AG.

Project Progress

The project was begun with the choice of pilot business processes which will be automated in Metasonic. Process of approval of agreements became the first. At several interactive meetings, with participation of all key participants of process, developed a process model. Then it was implemented in Metasonic. After a test stage of the integrated application it was brought into trial operation. The project proceeded four months.

Secondly, after collaboration in creation of a process model in S-BPM methodology the staff of the company begins to belong with great respect to each other".

Project Results

Further development of the project assumes automation of one more business process — advertizing sampling. Creation of this model should be completed to the middle of February, 2014.
