On February 3, 2014 NVision Group announced upgrade of a hardware-software complex of call center in the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk region.
Project Tasks
Specialists of NVision Group, Nvision Group branch in Novosibirsk, updated the park of servers and the software of Cisco (Unified Communications Manager, IPCC Express).
Project Progress
Experts of the contractor unrolled product-based virtual environment of VMware, performed tunings which increase fault tolerance of a complex. The upgraded IT infrastructure supports one and a half times more communication lines, than earlier - 120 against 78, with a stock of resources for further performance improvement.
Project Results
"This project expands possibilities of a feedback of treatment and prevention facilities with inhabitants of the region. Accepting more questions, complaints and offers, we will be able significantly to increase the level of medical services. In other words, it is better to help people", – Sergey Larin, the head of development department of information technologies of the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk region noted.
"Our engineers have high qualification therefore could perform upgrade of contact center in the shortest possible time, and in "the hot mode", i.e. without stopping a complex. The updated equipment and software minimizes the probability of emergence of any failures", – Pavel Kaminsky, the director of the branch of NVision Siberia emphasized.
