Content

On November 6, 2014 Mirapolis provided with high-quality service of webinars of employees and clients of SKB Kontur based on Mirapolis Virtual Room.

Project Tasks

Preference is given to the instrument of communication Mirapolis Virtual Room for its broad functionality. Some requirements of the customer:

  • the steady platform which is not glitching
  • simple registration for an action,
  • interesting forms of interaction with audience,
  • use of mobile application for participation in webinars.

Prior to project implementation of SKB Kontur often held the training webinars for the clients using other service. At the same time the total number of participants of webinars reached 1 million. In some projects the company used the principle of content marketing: employees imparted experience with users, invited speakers from other organizations, advised concerning accounting and taxation.

However at the company requirements to the platform for holding webinars changed. More technological service which can steadily work at a large number of participants was necessary. In addition, SKB Kontur simplification of registration procedure on an action interested, more effective forms of interaction with audience and existence of mobile application for connection to webinars were required.

Project Progress

For a start tested "the virtual room" on 300 users. Implementation of service happened instantly - issued electronic access and specialists of the company began to use service at once. To test loading, the event on 1 thousand participants is twice held. Testing came to the end successfully and the company management agreed to a design of access to the Virtual room for one year.

Mirapolis developers changed a standard registration form and a personal account for compliance to needs of SKB Kontur. The standard interface of the Virtual room is changed to branded. Unlike the previous service, with Virtual Room the client receives complete statistics on all unloadings and all necessary statistics for study of base after the held event.

Result

The solution Mirapolis Virtual Room approached under all criteria of the customer. Results of testing of "The virtual room" for 300 users met expectations of the management of SKB Kontur. After that system implementation passed instantly. Specialists of the company began to use the new platform at once: the events expected 1000 participants were already held.

At the request of the customer Mirapolis developers changed a standard registration form and a personal account and also made the branded system interface. Today for participants of webinars there are many options of interaction with the speaker: in service the chat, a set of smiles is provided, there are functions of "a hand raising" and "applause". Moreover, it is possible to draw on an interactive board.

Mikhail Tyuklyaev, the chief of the department of information technologies of PF SKB Kontur Ltd, noted: "Unlike earlier used service, with Virtual Room we receive complete statistics on all unloadings and all necessary data for study of base after the held event. The solution Mirapolis works steadily and without failures. The number of users and visitors of webinars also grows therefore we decided to expand the account to 1000 participants".
