MFC of the Saratov region completes testing of use of UEC

On February 3, 2014 the BFT company announced completion of testing of use of universal electronic cards when rendering the public and municipal services to citizens in MFC of the Saratov region which was carried out together with Federal authorized organization JSC Universalnaya elektronnaya karta (FUO JSC UEK).

Project Progress

Testing was held using the MFC Chapel software product according to the scenarios approved by FUO of JSC UEK within which compliance of the region and an information system to requirements of Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1376 "About the approval of rules of the organization of activity of the Multifunction centers of providing the public and municipal services" was checked. This resolution provides need of providing for MFC since January 1, 2014 of identification of applicants and imposing of the electronic signature of applicants on documents using the universal electronic card (UEC).

Implementation of requirements of Government decree No. 1376 allows the applicant to receive service in MFC, having at itself only UEC and not showing other identity certificate. Data reading from the UEC cards and the electronic signature of documents is performed via specialized card readers.

In the Saratov region are connected to the system of MFC Chapel by 7 MFC. Setup of administrative regulations, interaction with Territorial Departments of federal authorities, executive authorities and local government, the organizations participating in providing the corresponding public and municipal services is also executed on a centralized basis. Work with FUO JSC UEK also is based on this principle.
