Investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation across the Saratov region (Supervision)

Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Saratov region the project system implementation of AIK "SUPERVISION" is complete.

System implementation of AIK "SUPERVISION" in Investigative Committee began at the beginning of December, 2013. Specialists of the implementing company of Istsoft during the first business week installed a system on the server and 30 jobs of users.
Automation of work of department of office and consolidation within a single system of document flow of "head" Investigation department of area and the interdistrict investigative departments (IID) became the main task of the project.

Within two weeks the staff of Investigative Committee underwent group and individual (in workplaces) training. Within educational process the staff of Investigative Committee created the uniform electronic database, learned to register the entering and outgoing documents, to create reports, to monitor movements of the document at all stages of its lifecycle.
The main project works (inspection, installation, training) were complete within three weeks. As a result for December the general base of documents is created, the main regulations of work and the rule of registration of different document groups are defined.
The main project deliverables became:

• creations of uniform base of electronic documents;
• reductions of unproductive manual operations on search and information processing;
• gradation from paperless to electronic document management;
• improvements and qualities of work of staff of Investigation department of the Russian Federation;
• efficiency of control and reporting under performance of resolutions;

Now the Investigative Committee works with the system of AIK "SUPERVISION". It is in the long term going to increase quantity of jobs in the office of investigation department and to connect the interdistrict investigative departments which are deployed in the territory of the Saratov region to a single system of document flow.
