FSO of Russia starts a mobile complex of radiation and chemical monitoring in work

On February 4, 2014 Borlas announced completion of works on creation of a complex of radiation and chemical monitoring by request of FSO of the Russian Federation.

Project Tasks

At the beginning of 2013 the Borlas consulting group according to the results of a public electronic auction acquired the right to sign the agreement on creation of a complex of radiation and chemical monitoring for needs of FSO of the Russian Federation.

Project Results

The laboratory based on the minibus allows to carry out operational diagnostics of the environment on availability of dangerous substances. Similar mobile complexes of technical security are armed security services of the top officials of only several states of the world.

According to technical specifications, as a part of the complex implemented by Borlas, the hi-tech equipment of express diagnostics of components of the environment (water, air, the earth) on the basis of special technologies of world leading manufacturers.

As a part of mobile laboratory of security:

• Spectrometer of ionic mobility;
• Detector of detection of dangerous substances and liquids;
• Spectrometer for studying of unknown liquids;
• ChromaTO mass-spectrometer;
• Raman spectrometer;
• Dosimeter radiometer;
• The gamma-ray spectrometer of activity of the radiating radionuclides, etc.

The equipment helps to identify toxic chemical and chemical warfare agents, flammable and explosive liquids, mercury and radionuclides. Security systems of the mobile diagnostic center work running the special software, several computers give to operators broad functionality for control and the analysis of dangerous substances in the environment.
