Bashtransgaztorg carries out complex automation of network of trade enterprises

On January 31, 2014 Soft-Service Group announced completion of works on automation of network of restaurants and canteens of Bashtransgaztorg LLC as implementation of PR "ASTOR: Network of Restaurants".

Project Tasks

Bashtransgaztorg LLC carefully tested, investigated and analyzed different automation systems. As a result the choice stopped on the solution "ASTOR: Network of Restaurants".

Preparing for software implementation, the customer expressed desire:

• Control purchase prices and manage pricing;
• Manage stocks;
• Manage the menu;
• Manage cost value;
• Regulate and to completely control network functioning;
• Manage the restaurant hall;
• Analyze vendor relations;
• Manage finance.

The guide of the customer set to specialists of ASTOR company the task of transition to quantitative accounting and power management of employees, with a possibility of accounting on each employee separately.

Project Progress

Specialists of Soft-Service company carried out commissioning of software "ASTOR: Network of Restaurants", a necessary retail store equipment for automation and arrangement of jobs of cashiers and waiters. Provided personnel training of Bashtransgaztorg LLC on operation of a system and the equipment then started a system.

Project Results

Automation of network of dining rooms and restaurants ERP system "ASTOR: The network of Restaurants" helped Bashtransgaztorg LLC to reduce purchase costs and storage of products, cost value of a final dish decreased, profit increased.

Control over production is simplified, a large number of personnel is not required, work of waiters in the hall due to automation of their jobs and cash stations became more convenient. The labor input of routine transactions decreased, accounting and management of inventory items and money is implemented.
